You do not get what you pay for

Apartments are old and falling apart. Management keeps raising rent and using it for outside upgrades. Hallways never get vacuumed. The list goes on.

Do not recommend this place

If you decide to rent here, be sure to do an in-person tour. The 3D video on their website is fake. Apartments are in need of MAJOR repairs. Outdated appliances and cabinets, half of your bathroom cabinet missing, shelves being supported by plastic packaging material are just some of the modern and luxurious features that you can look forward to here.

Not smoke free as advertised

The smoke-free rule that's in the LEASE that they make you sign only applies to those that choose to follow it. Management does nothing to enforce the rule. Cigarette butts "decorate" the area around the community.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a smoke free community, but every once in a while we do need to address violators in our community. We have a legal steps we are required to follow when there is a smoking violation. As soon as the… office is notified, we address immediately. If you are still having issues with smoking, please let us know and we will take the next legal step!

Two thumbs down

Apartments are "so modern" that you can't take a bath and have your washer on (on cold because it's "so modern" it doesn't have the hot option), because you will end up bathing in FREEZING water.

The area around the property is full of dog poop and the nearby beautiful river is full of trash. So disappointing!

Certain apartments have cigarette smoke or marijuana smell coming from them.

Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. You do not get what you pay for.

One word - GROSS

FUTURE RENTERS BEWARE - there's dog poop all over the community. People must not know how to use a poop bag or do not care.
