Incredible maintenance service :) I've only utilized Towne Lakes's maintenance services a handful of times, but in those few times I was never disappointed in the level of service I received. Their team is respectful and efficient, and even one of their team members spent time on the phone teaching me how the heating system worked. Thanks guys!!

Took awhile but it’s finished. Was having issues with my thermostat, and then high humidity in my unit. It ended up getting really bad. After a few weeks of trying to figure out the humidity, maintenance came and spent a good amount of time on it. I really appreciate Marco specifically. He always calls, gives me updates and details as to what is going on, and explains what they are going to do to fix it. He also calls and lets me know he’s entering my unit as well, even though I get the… notification through the smart rent app letting me know they are there. I want to thank him for all of it and really appreciate his follow through on things. The other maintenance guys don’t always call or leave detailed notes as to what they are doing and how they will fix something. The last note I received from one of them was everything he checked, but nothing about what he or maintenance were doing to fix it. I’m usually at work so I am not there to witness it. The humidity in my apartment has drastically gone down, and I’m hoping them being able to come in and take time on things was able to fully solve the issues.
