Friendly staff I had a problem with my living room window and both maintenance men were very friendly and explained what they did .

The property manager is very unprofessional she’ll argue back and not even listen to what you got to say. Also if you have kids please don’t rent here cause it’s not a friendly place for children’s! I’m glad my family we move out of this filthy place

Comfortable apartments however I believe they should look at stepping up the security of the buildings with 'Key Fob" entry. As well they only allow are contracted with, access to AT&T Wifi and internet service which has proven to be subpar. My daughter attends a local college and with current circumstances Covid19 her live stream has gone done numerous times.

Me and a few others had applied to these complex’s and it was nothing more then a hassle! When we had viewed our unit Colleen was supposed to show us the unit was busy at the moment with another showing that ran a little late, totally understandable! Then another women had came and showed us and I was very pleasant with her showing and up-beat energy! But when we had talk to the original women (Colleen) we had talked to on the on the phone sounded very rude and very impolite like she had... something else better to do! And then when we had filled out our renting application they had denied us all potential renters, and then when just one of us applied for the same unit we had got accepted, which was really confusing because I don’t understand how they will accept one and not all of us! And then they had told us the renting application company had denied us, but when I had gotten back the email saying why we were denied. It had said that it was there decision to deny us! And then when we had called back at a later date they said that the first renter would only be on the lease and we would have to be added as roommates AFTER the lease was already signed. And the only way we were going to be able to be added as roommates is if we passes a background check after the lease was already sign! Which I don’t understand AT ALL and doesn’t make any sense what so ever! And then when we did get approved they said that they needed the $450 holding deposit 48 hours after getting accepted and we wouldn’t be moving in for a couple months at least! It is a very nice community, but office staff is just completely unorganized and very unprofessional!

The only internet available is AT&T, which is down daily, constantly have reboot router. VERY annoying.
