I absolutely love Elevate. The apartments are modern, upscale, and beautifully designed. It is a quiet and safe community. Kayla and the entire Toonen Properties team are wonderful to work with. They truly make it a great place to live!

We have not lived here long, but this complex has far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful clubhouse and apartments. This is our first apartment complex with good communication between tenants and management, and a place that actually feels like home. The property is well taken care of, and we have loved living here so far.

In school or out, these are probably some of the best apartments you’ll find in Green Bay for the price. Having rented multiple places in Green Bay if you have to find a apartment complex that communicates and manages like elevate does. Working with Kayla, getting moved in, and communicating all questions or concerns has been simple and swift. I currently rent a lower level, and I am thoroughly surprised with the level of sound Insulation that has been used in the walls.

Good management, great customer service, good location with 2 minutes drive to highways (43/54/57/41/32) and day to day stores. Excellent utilities (new buildings etc), good maintenance and timely snow removal. Thank you, Elevate team!
