Eden Review

I have loved living here. The clubhouse is one of my favorite parts! It has a big TV, a gym, a coffee bar, and even a record player, which makes it a great placer to study or hangout. Since everything was just built this year, all of the amenities are super nice and great quality.

I also really like that the apartments come with attached garages, in-unit laundry, and they’re fully furnished. The furniture looks nice and feels sturdy. It made moving in so much easier because I didn’t have to… worry about buying a bunch of stuff.

Another huge plus for me is that you don’t have to pay utilities upfront. All you owe at the beginning of each month is your set rent price, which makes budgeting way less stressful. I think these apartments are a really good deal for the price!

I’ve had no complaints living here. Even in the winter, the driveways are always plowed early in the morning and salted, and each apartment is given a shovel, which I think is really considerate and nice. Overall, it’s been such a positive experience and I would recommend!

Great living condition

For having everything including, the rent seems pretty reasonable and the quality of the apartments are very nice considering it’s student housing. It is also very easy to communicate with management to report any issues regarding maintenance and they fix things asap.

Elevate Student Living

I’ve had a great experience living at Elevate Student Living Apartments. The apartments are spacious with appliances and furniture which made living here comfortable and stress-free! There’s a great gym, study spaces that are perfect for focusing, and common areas that make it easy to relax and have fun. The staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed maintenance.

not great management

lots of disruptions to water and sewer with new constructions! definitely not worth what you pay for even if it seems cheap sadly. you only technically rent the room, so with the price, you're better off renting a whole apartment to get the money worth. one of my friends almost had to leave through the school year because they changed the pet policy to no pets without notifying any residents, so be careful even if it's school affiliated

With the pet policy change,… we are now a pet free property for new incoming residents, however, current residents with pets are grandfathered in and welcome to stay as long as they like.
