Not worth money

I was a resident in the building for 1 year and by thr end of agreement i left the apartment cleaned and checked by the on site manager Molly, with my friends as a proof and picc too. She informed me tht i would be charged $50 for carpet and i was fine with it. When I recieved my Check i was charged $100 for carpet, $150 for cleaning and $100 paint for the little studio of 300 sqft. Upon asking to landlord Jeffery why did he charged me this much...he says he could have charged double for... cleaning but he just charged $150...saying tht he got it cleaned by professional...however upn my research i founf tht no professional charges $150 for this little studio and tht too when it was cleaned..

So folks better not to rent this place. Be aware
