Great place to live

Landlord is very respectful and very professional. Every time something needs fixed it get done right away polite staff. Facilitys are always cleaned and well maintain property. The residents are friendly as well every one gives you warm welcomes. The scenery is beautiful as well beautiful trees all around. Very close to schools and stores. A great location to every thing.

Beautiful!!!!!

Compared to the last apartment we were at this is heaven the pool is lovely, so many washers and dryers, my boyfriend and I are in a one bedroom we originally wanted a two bedroom but Nicole stated if she had any available at the end of our lease we were more than welcome to sign a lease for one. Anything that needed repairs was taken care of quickly ( I’m talking the day after)beautiful view of the trees all together perfect highly recommend :)

Pheasant Run Apartments

Management is very wonderful. They do a fantastic job at maintenance, very quick and efficient. The building itself is very well maintained. Neighbors are friendly. Swimming pool, sauna, and lounge are always clean. Close by to parks and schools and in a quite area. Only negative is that only part of the building has been updated to BEAUTIFUL apartments and the others are just okay. It would be nice to see the whole building having the same quality apartments as the updated ones.

Pheasant Run Apartments

I like my apartment. I would rather be in the country but I enjoy living here. Met new friends. Things get done right away. Not modern but still nice.
