Regency Heights

The property was quiet. I think they raised the rent but lowered the standards. Brian was a very responsive manager but has moved on. The apartment it self is fairly modern but the apartment hallways are straight out of 1990. I have lived here for 3 years and it has gone down hill each year. Expensive monthly water bill for those of us living in the 3 story complex. They must spilt it between apartments so those of us who are single share the same cost as the family of four. Management won't address a huge issue with the garage door below me waking me every morning, just so the renter can go and smoke. Also didn't tell me that this was a smoking building and I'm a cancer patient. Just wanted to get the money in the bank.

The property is well-kept, management and maintenance are very responsive and professional, and the complex is quiet. We found it difficult to find an apartment that allows cats, and were very lucky to find this one, which is much nicer than the other cat-friendly apartment complex we viewed. The bathrooms and closets are quite spacious, and the flooring and fixtures are updated and very clean. The rent is quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Enjoy living here, the property is quiet and well kept. Management is very responsive and maintenance is done very quickly! Apartment is modern with huge bathrooms! Would recommend for anyone looking for a place they can call home long term!
