Wonderful!

I feel so safe and welcome here. The new landlord is quick to reply to texts and concerns, and is a very nice man. The building has a wonderful courtyard, and is in a great downtown location so gas prices are never an issue for me since I'm so close to everything. Plus the apartment building as a whole is quite quiet and considerate. This is a great place to live.

Tenant

Living at Van Buren House was horrible under old owner and management company. Since November 4,2016 there is a new owner(s)/manager who is local. This new team has made many improvements. Things are getting repaired and updated. they are fair, friendly and positive. There are more plans for repairs and updating of the place. Many tenants are now very happy. It is refreshing to have owner(s)/management that truly care and take pride. It is getting quieter.
Tenants and their families/friends... and visitors who are making life miserable for others now have consequences that may include up to fines and eviction. Law breakers are not tolerated and the provisions in the lease are upheld. Thank God!!!
