Dale Creek Apartments

We love living at Dale Creek Apartments. The area is quiet, the apartments are spacious, well kept, and the management is fabulous! Michelle is great and she makes sure to get things taken care of in a very timely manner. We don't plan on ever moving from here!

Me and my family enjoy living here . It’s very quiet stuff gets fixed in a day . I’m not sure why such a low rating for this place the manager Michelle doesn’t bother us at all . Matter of fact wasn’t even sure she still was the manager here because she’s so quiet. She’s very friendly I enjoy talking with her I’m not sure why people would have problems with her . But we love it here. Everyone is so friendly. So I give it a five stars . Sorry people didn’t like it here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible management company to work with. Several things in our unit were broken upon moving in and we were told they would be fixed right away. We are moving out in a month and things are still broken. I called the office and requested to not pay the last months worth of rent due to several things not being taken care of after several requests and was told that's not my problem. I addressed your email and hired a maintenance man to come over. I asked... about all the other requests that were never handled and brought up it took 11 months to get some one and we are still missing tiles and the screen door still does not latch but its "not his problem." DO NOT LIVE HERE. I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
