absolutely terrible place to live

Neighbors are always loud and nosey the office does nothing to mitigate anything and they love to raise the rent even the floors and walls are paper thin and they do nothing to improve this out dated hell hole

neighbors were young and loud all the time

loved the apartment and location. unfortunately, neighbors both upstairs and downstairs were young and partied all the time, kept me up at all night. called the cops many times. management did NOTHING. unfortunately, i had to move due to the party environment. alot of parties in the complex communities.

Terrible place to live

It is like Melrose place on steroids. You are constantly being watched by management as well as tenants. It is like living in a cult. Renter beware.

Summit Lake Apartments

This is like living at a resort. The common areas are well kept, as is the beautiful groomed grounds and outdoor pool . There are picnic tables strategically placed around the lake so tenants may enjoy the beautiful Wisconsin weather.The entire staff, office, maintenance & housekeeping, make tenants feel like family. It is a quiet and peaceful place to live.

Has Potential!

This place has the potential to be great. It's a beautiful area and the set-up of the property is great. The problem is that management puts no money or time into the property so the apartments have damage that they won't repair and the grounds need upkeep that they don't want to do. The rent is very fair for the area but increases keep happening but none of that money seems to go back into our property.
