Skyline Estates

This place seemed wonderful at the beginning, but it turned into a nightmare, actually. The garages flood with every significant rainfall, rent goes up 3%-4% a year, repairs are more often than not treated as the tenant’s fault, and security deposits, we found out, are seldom returned in full.

I've been at Skyline Estates for a year and a half now. I really enjoy living here and my particular unit has the two car garage which is a great value which you will not get with all the new "luxury" apartments coming up. Management and maintenance has always been responsive and cooperative with me. one thing is there are cracks and holes in the drywall in some spots and by the windows. I have the pond view as well which I really really enjoy watching all the birds.

We've lived here for almost 3 years now and this is easily the best apartment we've had in the Green Bay area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can almost never hear your neighbors. Pets allowed, a garage with the apartment. Whenever we've had any problems at all Dale the maintenance man has been here within a day to fix them. One complaint I have is minimal storage but that's easy to navigate around. I was a tenant of Skyline for 6 months 12/15-6/16. I had a great experience. The apartment itself was very new and up to date with appliances/ appearance. Any maintenance issues I had were dealt with promptly. I was on the first floor and really could not hear any neighbors (upstairs or on the side). I was also right next to the stairwell and mailboxes, neither of which ever were a bother. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex.
