SCS Hortonville Apartment Community

This company in a whole is a joke! When we rented there we went through at least two landlords who both were laughable to say in and of the least. They absolutely loved to tell us tenants to hoard garbage in our apartments because they could care less about adding another station or actually communicating to the city for more pick ups. They were ALWAYS overflowing even with tenants waiting to throw trash out because they obviously couldn't.... not because they told us too. Honestly surprised the... place isn't rodent or insect infested. They also constantly sent out emails about dog poop but NEVER enforced pick up. They also loved to ask their tenants to be their security system... We had on numerous ocassions suspicious activity that they never wanted to act on. (Even when we called the cops & the cops would talk to the lanlord it only fell on deaf ears) But God forbid someone was illegally dumping on there property... their solution let's ask(demand) the tenants to get the liscense plate for them. What a joke. On top of this when moving out they will try their best to screw you over. They love to ask you to professionally clean the apartment then later on they clean it again & try to stick you with the bill. Even though they only had to clean it again because they were walking through the apartment with there muddy shoes on in a month that the snow was melting cough February. SCS... Welcome to the land of lawless! Where your lease doesn't matter (they won't enforce it any way)! Where your dog can poop anywhere, Just leave it lay! Where trash piles up, Don't throw it away! Where dogs can play, lease don't matter anyway! Where parking is plentiful, who uses garages anyway! So move on in today, the property manager won't notice and neither will maintenance!! We don't see either of them!
