Don't rent here!

Poorest customer service in property mgt. Yard maint is average. Not great. They nickel and some you for everything...even a $10 fee to pay rent. Management is very inflexible for move ins. Watch out for mold as well. Most the apartments have it. If you're a new customer watch out. If you already rent they just don't care ....typical property management pay more get less....

Poorly maintained and now overly expensive

Loved here for two years
Old owner didn't take care of the buildings. New owners jacked the rent up 50-60% higher. Maintenance is slow...even for major issues. Think twice about moving here. Customer service is very poor.

Very nice

I lived here before buying the home we are in now, and you can't beat the price for what you get. We had a 3 bedroom townhouse and it was extremely nice. Plenty of room, and very quite, you really don't hear any of your neighbors, ever! Everyone who lived in the complex was nice and it always seemed that we were looking out for one another, which is a nice thing to have. Again, for the cost of these units, you really won't find anything close to this nice anywhere else in Janesville.
