Lake Setting
We have moved just about every year for 46 yrs. We just moved here and we LOVE it. No stairs, beautiful view of the river right out your front door. My husband can walk out the door and fish whenever he wants. People water ski and go tubing on the river and even fish in their boats or just relax going up and down. The geese even come up close to your door. The people are friendly and shopping is close by. This could be our forever home at last. We are also close to 3 our of 4 daughters and... grandchildren.

Nice view on the river.
Cheap rent. Electrical bills are pretty low in Kaukauna. Grounds are well kept. Downtown and within walking distance of a few restaurants, bars, park, gym and farmer's market (sat. mornings in the summer/fall). Apartments are somewhat small but fair for the cost of rent.
