Unprofessional management
Lived there for 2 years and had a really good experience with former manager Ashley, since new management place seemed to be going down hill. Very unprofessional (manager was literally on FaceTime with a friend while helping us??) also while we were in the process of moving out our outdoor furniture was stolen. Never had an issue with stolen property before but when we weren’t living there anymore as we were in the middle of moving some how our stuff was completely gone and manager Cynthia was… absolutely no help and very suspicious. We believed maintenance thought we had fully moved out and threw it away and they tried to cover it up. In email with Cynthia, one sentence said they never saw anything next sentence they did see our items? Nice place to live as a first place but unprofessional management and maintenance.
