Small but perfect

The apartment is small, for one person, but it is more than adequate. Fixtures aren't broken, new carpet/fridge, and the landlord is very helpful and easy to get along with -- definitely a key factor when looking for apartments. It's also in a perfect location; close to downtown, and far enough away from the college campuses that you don't have to deal with the kids all the time.
