great place

Been living here for almost a year and everyone is so nice and friendly. Quite place which I don’t mind. Never have had an issue with appliances or lease agreements. Recommend

Not what it used to be

Years ago they had a playground area and the property was well maintained. Now they have one maintenance guy and a revolving door for anyone that helps him. The managers are also on a revolving door. The management company and its leadership is disrespectful and demeaning to tenants. If you don't believe me take a drive through just about any day but especially on the weekends and check out how the dumpsters are treated. Feel free to check out the playground which looks like all that was left… after a nuclear bomb went off at this point.

Appoinments

Had and appointment to view an apartment and the manager never showed up. I called and left a voicemail but there was no call back either. Very poor communication skills here.
