We are subletting our beautiful and private arboretum adjacent apartment. Located in the back corner of the apartment complex, this second-floor unit provides a lovely view of the front yard, pool, and green space; perfect for walking the dog! The... kitchen is spacious and features updated appliances. The living room opens up to a private second floor balcony. The primary bedroom is massive! It fits our king size bed very well, and its long semi divided design allows for the space to be used for furniture or as a den space. The secondary bedroom is great for guests, kiddos, and for us, doubles as a work from home office space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and updated bathroom fixtures. In-unit washer and dryer (new 2025 dryer) with storage shelving. Wall unit air conditioning located in the living room and primary bedroom.
We have lived at this property for 5 years and have very much enjoyed it. The property is private, dog friendly, has a pool, gym, and lots of space for outside activities. We really love the balcony and the privacy in the primary bedroom, as it faces a tree line, not other apartments. Each room has a large closet for storage, with an option to rent additional storage units in the basement (additional fee).
This lease will terminate on May 31, 2026, with the option to resign for another year or month-to-month. Rent has historically increased by only $30/yr. The apartment and carpets will be professionally cleaned prior to move-in.
Other things to note:
Utility Charges Included in Rent - Heat, Sewer/Water, Gas, Hot Water, Trash Pick-up
Utility Charges Metered Separately – Electric (MG&E), Air Conditioning, Internet (spectrum coverage)
Storage unit-$35 (can have multiple)
Pet fee-$45-$65, depending on weight: Only cats and dogs, which weigh up to 50 pounds at their full weight, are allowed in the apartment. No puppies or kittens allowed.
NOTE: This is a sublease. Move in is contingent on both parties’ agreement. Flexible with move in date: July 1-August 1, 2025.
There is an application process required with the property manager: In order for your application to be reviewed, there is a $20.00 application fee per application. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.
To complete the rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that this property requires that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
