We are subletting our beautiful and private arboretum adjacent apartment. We have lived at this property for 5 years and have very much enjoyed it. The property is private, dog friendly, has a pool, gym, and lots of space for outside activities. We really love the balcony and the privacy in the primary bedroom, as it faces a tree line, not other apartments. Each room has a large closet for storage, with an option to rent additional storage units in the basement (additional fee).

This lease will terminate on May 31, 2026, with the option to resign for another year or month-to-month. Rent has historically increased by only $30/yr. The apartment and carpets will be professionally cleaned prior to move-in.

There is an application process required with the property manager: In order for your application to be reviewed, there is a $20.00 application fee per application. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.
To complete the rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that this property requires that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
