Excellent Management and Service Team

Marissa is an all-star BEST at Heather Downs. They have indeed raised the bar when it comes to service, and I was blown away by how much they exceeded my expectations. Marissa is an absolute gem to work with - she's on top of everything and always has a smile on her face. And the maintenance team is just as fantastic, providing top-notch service every step of the way. I can't say enough good things about them - they're hands down the best team I've ever worked with! Their dedication and… commitment to delivering exceptional service are genuinely remarkable.

Wonderful apartment

Very convenient location. Close to parks and grocery stores. On the bus line. Maintenance is very efficient and the landlord is very helpful and kind.

I Love HD Apartments

I’ve been living in HD for over 8 years and love it! Close to everything, easy transits if you ever need to use public transportation, a friendly Kwik Trip right across the street (‘where everybody knows your name’ type of vibe, really cool), and Marissa and John working the main HD office have always been easy and supportive and helpful to work with! I really like it here and will probably be here for some time.

Lots of dangerous mold here. I got very sick and I'm still sick even after moving out.
