Could be worse, I guess.
Parking is awful. Guests get the same parking privileges as people who pay to park here, so there’s odds of actually getting to park near my door on any given evening is very low. My kids and I often have to walk pretty far, and when we have things to carry it’s worse. I had to buy a wagon just for shopping trips because I never know if I’ll get a reasonable spot.
The bugs are terrible. I often have centipedes and spiders. Generally once a day or so I’ll have to deal with something crawling... around.
The buildings smells bad and the carpet in my apartment is impossible to deodorize.
There are birds living in my A/C unit so I’m usually afraid to turn it on in the warmer months.
Kids like to run across the parking lot so you have to be very careful driving.
On the plus side, rent is lower than most places. The staff in the office are friendly and quick to respond to things. It’s nice having two pools when they are open.
Overall, it’s been an okay place to live as a single mom, but I am very much looking forward to finding something nicer when my lease is up.

Parking is limited, and that is why we limit the number of guest parking passes issued per day. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if you are interested in a reserved spot that is close to your building, please reach out to the office to discuss paying for a spot in the garage.
