Good location

I have lived here close to 2 years and it is very nice. Its a great area to have a dog and management is great. Maintenance also is helpful and prompt. The pool is a wonderful perk and makes the summer months worth the rent!

Highly recommend

I have been living here for a little over a year and it’s amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and patient. The apartments are really great and the apartments are pretty quite as whole. I have never had a negative experience with the leasing office.

Great First Apartment!

Moved out to Madison for a job, and had to find an apartment quickly. John and Katie at Timberlake Village Apts. did a wonderful job helping my family and I get the lease signed in a matter of days. You can certainly find more space for the money, but this is a solid and safe choice.

Fantastic Staff and Apartments

I loved how conveniently located the Timberlake Village apartments were. Close to Walmart, several grocery stores, the West Towne Mall, and the beltline highway, it's very easy to get too and from anywhere in Madison within 10-25 minutes.
I lived in 2 different apartments here across 7 years. The apartments are spacious and great quality. We purchased the upgrade in both apartments I lived in which included bedroom ceiling fans, new appliances, new countertops, cabinets, and other improvements.…
The staff are phenomenal and very helpful. They are very personable and will go great lengths to ensure we were satisfied.
The gym and clubhouse are 2 other conveniences at Timberlake offers. We rented the clubhouse several times for birthdays or other get togethers. The workout room had a decent variety of equipment as well.

Great Apartments and Management

I have lived at Timber Lake Village for around 2 years now. The apartments are clean and well equipped with newly renovated appliances. The complexes are quiet and neighbors are friendly. This is situated nicely on the west side of Madison and is close to any type of shopping you may need to do. My employment situation changed and I had to relocate, but my experience throughout my tenancy has been very positive. John and Kate in the office are great and promptly respond to any concerns or… maintenance requests. Would highly recommend Timber Lake Village to anyone looking for a place on the west side.
