This was truly a home. From the community of residents to the amazing staff. I loved living here and if it wasn’t for relocation for work, I would have gladly stayed here for many years to come. I lived at Middleton Ridge for 3.5 years starting in 2021, the complex was excellent. I never had any issues with rowdy neighbors or noises, the on site team were a pleasure to deal with and the property was very well maintained. The only slight negative in my view is that the kitchen/bathrooms could use an upgrade but other than that I’d recommend this apartment complex without hesitation.

Although I only lived here for a short while, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Emily, the project manager, is very on top of things, responds very quickly and overall great at her job. I don't think a maintenance request ever took over 24 hours to complete. The location is amazing as it is right on the outskirts of Middleton, but you are only a few minutes away from Downtown Middleton and all the restaurants. I have nothing but good things to say about Middleton Ridge and would definitely... recommend living here.

I'm in my 2nd lease year and I have never been happier as an apartment renter. Emily, the apartment manager, is phenomenal. Super responsive and always on top of things. Logan, the maintenance guy, is super sweet and willing to show how the simple things like the dishwasher spinny thingy go back in so I can re-set it myself. I cannot recommend the property enough!

We have lived here for about 2 years now and have loved every second of it. A quiet area but only minutes away from downtown Middleton. I could not recommend this place enough!
