Like all the other reviews show, when you move out you will billed for every ridiculous little mark or even "burnt out bulbs" even if you'd already replaced the bulb 4 times on your own.
If you do move here, make sure they replace and take care of everything, and if you do fix or buy something, even a light bulb, make sure you keep receipts. And you need to count each little scratch and smudge on the floors, carpets, counters, etc. and take photos when you move in. EVERY THING.

This place was nice but the manager is terrible. Charged me for unnecessary damage which I have pictures of and they won’t work with me. Please do not move here. It will be a huge mistake.

Lived there over a year, and worked them on everything and never complained about anything and never missed a payment. So, naturally after our lease we started looking for a home. On our happiest day June 2nd became our worst day June 4th. As, they wanted us to pay for the whole next month when we wouldn’t even be there because I didn’t email them on the first, which again I wasn’t notified of our accepted offer on the house till June 2nd, and which again they are closed on... the weekends. Do not stay here. I highly suggest any other place. They will not work with you in any shape or form. They never did any maintenance work on our place that they knew about since 2017. They are horrible at plowing and yard work, which recently they just dumped mulch in the parking lot and had the pile sit there for over a week . When they finally do get to working the mulching they leave all the brown mulch stain on the parking lot and don’t even clean it up. Washer and Dryers do not use here just go to a laundry mat. Don’t move here. So, they punished us for being great tenants and moving out over 690 bucks. All they care about is your money going to them and not caring for their tenants. Read More

They charged us at the end of our rent for "damages" that we didn't make. They also did not inform us or mention these damages during our walk through check out. They did not take into consideration the pet deposit we put down either.

The company was also terrible at getting things fixed timely. It took us 6 months to have a working washing machine.

2 bedroom apt , dishwasher , heat included in rent , no yard work . Garage available for an extra fee . Maintenance man on call at all times , as well as apartment manager .
