Extra storage space available on site. No long term contracts. Rooms are rented on a month to month basis. Ideal for transitional housing, temporary housing for traveling workers. Pay a fraction of the price of a hotel. Long term tenants are welcome. WI-FI availiable for an addtional fee. The Pines apartments does not charge any fee whatsoever for applications, showings, or any other reason up until you sign the lease. If anyone asks you for money before you sign a lease, it is a scam. We never ask for money upfront.
