    70s-80s apartment complex and it shows.

    The building is from the 70s don’t let the pictures fool you. Only about 4 apartments are remodeled the rest are straight from the 70s-80s. Paper thin walls, chunks of iron in the water, outdated appliances, birds and squirrels living in the ceilings. Property manager is very unprofessional and cares less about the tenants. There definitely is NOT emergency maintenance; you’ll be lucky if your maintenance request gets answered within a week. Neighbor was told by maintenance “we don’t work on… units while they are occupied.” Rent is as high as a mortgage payment.
