Wittmann Park

The building is supposed to be smoke free but the property is not. So neighbors can smoke right outside your windows all day causing the entire building to stink. Other than that, not a bad place.

The other tenants in the building does not care. They will play their music or whatever they got on as loud as they can. Already told the onsite manager about, nothing happen. Told the main office people, nothing. They never seem to fix the hallway lights. Putting parking violation on my guest's car, when they are not in parking violation. My guest park in the designated parking that are meant for guest. Also, we as tenant are not allowed to park there, but some people don't care and still do.... Last, when you call the manager, she makes it seem like you are bothering her with your call. She will be like, well I'll see what happens. I understand you have a life, but its your job as a manager to respond and act quickly. She will take days and sometimes she forget, so you have to call her again and ask/tell her.
