    Poor management

Nonstop issues from day 1. Smell of cigarettes was present throughout the entire unit upon move in. Reported this to management and they told me it must be due to another resident smoking and they would follow up with neighboring tenants. Not sure what steps management actually took (if any) but nothing changed. Several days might go by without the smell just to return. Each time I would let the leasing office know but nothing ever changed throughout the several months I resided here. Also had issues with neighbor blasting music well past midnight (literally shaking the dining room chandelier) even on weekdays. I sent multiple emails to management with videos of this attached but nothing was ever done to address it. Multiple times the property manager failed to follow up with me at all or took a week to respond, twice she responded to my email but sent the reply to the wrong email address. Any of the times I did manage to get in touch with her she was rude and apathetic, and only offered the same “we’ll follow up” response, but nothing ever improved.

I eventually called the non-emergency police number on two different occasions to report the neighbor for a noise complaint, both times I informed management and nothing was done. A day after the second time I called I went outside and my car window was smashed. I filed a police report and showed this to the property manager, she still didn’t seem to care that all of this was happening.

Management was either incapable of or unwilling to address any issues going on at the complex. Never have I experienced a property management that is this poor. The only positive I can say is that they did agree to let me out of my lease after my car was vandalized.
