Allen Bay

Trying to get past the fact that they are describing these apartments as “intimate” LOL! Kind of an odd term for an apartment complex. The woman showing us the units acted like views of the parking lot and “detention” pond (yes, this is the word she used ) are somehow desirable. Unfortunately we just weren’t impressed with this place

Moved in recently and neighbor's dog will not stop barking. Walls are thin and so are the window coverings: do not rent a unit within view of the party lights on the upper deck unless you are nocturnal. Management is unconcerned.

Living at Allen Bay has been phenomenal, especially because of my neighbors and the management team. The property manager has made moving in so much easier and I feel quite welcome here!

Way overpriced for not even being on the lake. In fact, not even a view of the lake! The “lake access” is a public park down the street that literally everyone has access to so why would I pay a premium for that? Like another reviewer said, they advertise that it is waterfront and technically it is… it is on a retention pond that the tour guide kept boasting about. A tiny pond that was dried up a few days after I toured. It is brand new construction so at least it’s not rundown and dated (hence… an extra star rating) but still very overpriced and false advertising. Read More
