Price Increase After Increase
Deer Creek is a quaint community on the edge of Middleton. It's older construction, which is preferable to all of these "luxury" apartments going up everywhere that are cheaply made and often look hideous. They do a good job keeping the grounds looking nice. The units themselves are also well maintained, though most are pretty dated. Perhaps the biggest highlight of Deer Creek is the excellent staff! Very helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests are also carried out quickly (usually the next… business day, in our experience).
My biggest complaint is that they just will not leave the rent prices alone. Our rend has gone up something like $400/month over four years. Going to be priced out of the complex soon enough.Review from Apartments.com
