The private bathroom is stocked with a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, fresh towels, and basic toiletries and essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, q-tips, floss picks, and cotton rounds.
One parking space is included at The Brewery Parking Structure a few blocks away. Additional parking is available for $20 per day, but may increase if there are events.

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and any signs of smoking will result in a $500 fine. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee, no exceptions. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
