HVAC systems are controlled by the building's management company, and settings cannot be adjusted, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. The community laundry room requires using the Wash mobile app which has a $10 reload minimum, and the cost per load for washers and dryers is roughly $2 each. Trash must be placed in a dumpster or trash chute, never left in public areas, and cardboard must be broken down and never placed down the trash chute, with a minimum charge of $25 per bag/item that isn't properly disposed of.
