If street parking is needed for 4+ nights, you can purchase a Night Parking Permit for $1-20 depending on duration.
All within two blocks are cafes, breweries, a grocery store, a brunch restaurant, a beercade, the Riverwalk, and several restaurants and bars.
No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, and a $150 fine will be assessed with additional fees for remediation. Quiet time is after 10pm.
