Multiple leaks

I check my ceilings for bubbles weekly, my sectional couch was ruined (water damage) when I was home for Christmas because the radiators are spewing water. I have had 2 leaks in my kitchen, 3 in my main room, 1 in my bedroom (brown stains on my area rug). There is dry wall falling from the ceiling because they have left the ceiling holes open. They have offered no compensation or permanent solution.
