There is no parking included. The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street, and up to 3 nights can be obtained by calling the city or by filling out an online form. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $20 per night is required per pet.

This apartment does not accept local bookings, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. To comply with legal requirements and building security policies, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, present a valid credit card that matches your ID, and complete a verification portal. Noise monitors are installed in the units that measure noise levels in decibels only and do not record sounds or conversations. Tampering with the device will result in a fee. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If pets are brought without prior notice, a $500 fee will apply. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee, no exceptions.
