There is no parking included. The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street, and you will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form.

The Milwaukee Art Museum is just a short drive or bike ride away. There are numerous breweries and beer gardens located throughout the East Side, and a wide range of dining options available to suit every taste and budget. The East Side is home to some of the best bars, nightclubs, and music venues in Milwaukee. The scenic Oak Leaf Trail and beautiful Lake Park offer plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, and other outdoor activities.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. For units that permit pets, if you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. We don’t accept local bookings, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. If there are noise monitors installed in the unit and they are tampered with, there will be a fee.
