The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room and is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths.
Pets are allowed, depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee per pet of $25 per night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 for stays of 8-29 nights, and $300 for stays of 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.

There is no parking included. The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am everyday, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered, no exceptions.
