There is no parking included. There is parking throughout the neighborhood (meter, free street parking, etc.). The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street, and you will be able to get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form.

This apartment does not accept local bookings, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a $500 late check-out fee, no exceptions. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will result in a fee of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
