This is a building and company you’d come to with bad rental history and very few options. The description says it’s managed and owned by Ogden, but it’s actually Berrada Properties. This building and property are maintained cosmetically (lawn, vacuuming the halls, fixing mailboxes, etc) as well as in unit issues (plumbing, electricity, etc). However, I’m not sure the building is as up to its electrical code as it should be, as it’s very easy to blow a fuse with very few things plugged... in/running at once. I was required to bring my own appliances (though they failed to mention what kind so I’m stuck with electric as countertop space). I did have a terrible roach infestation when I first moved in and it took about a month to handle properly. My husband and I didn’t have many options when we chose this place, so we only have a one bedroom. We have our son the bedroom and put a queen sized pull out couch in the living room. It gives us ample space to make the room look homey enough during the day and sleep at night without having to be on the floor or resort to an air mattress/have a big bed in the living area. The kitchen is fairly small and takes up about 30 sq ft of the living/dining area, but only has one 120v outlet.
