The bedroom has a sliding barn door for privacy, however the top of the dividing wall between the bedroom and living room is partially exposed. There is some potential for traffic or other street noise due to the centrally located property. Disposable ear plugs are provided for guests just in case. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings, and we reserve the right to end the stay without refund if house rules are violated. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time is after 10pm.
