walls are paper thin so good luck if you work from home or are trying to get decent sleep for work. You literally can hear the person on the floor below you sneeze. lady who always answers phones is rude as ever and doesn't listen to what you're saying. went 3 months without receiving our mail because the post office didnt have a key even though tenants kept telling the lady in the leasing office. There is no air conditioning as advertised. Remodeling the units wasnt worth it. Two apartments in the complex have had bedbugs in the last year. One of them just yesterday (11/12/17) told me that they still have them currently. Repairs take forever, even if they're significant impediments to your daily routine. Someone vacuums the common hallways once every 6 months or a year or something. The internet may be free, but it's incredibly slow and your connection drops out regularly. The heat may be free, but it's either blasting or off. The location is great for walking to class at Marquette University it's just a few blocks off campus and the price is reasonable considering that the internet is included and everything but electric is included in the rent.
