Unprofessional Staff

After visiting multiple senior apartments Clark Square seemed like the perfect fit for my mom. After submitting the application fee and required financial documents the entire process stopped. My mom called repeatedly to check progress on the application process without a response from Dahlia, the rental coordinator. Contact did eventually did occur initiated Dahlia but no updates were available; she indicated that she had repeatedly tried to leave a message but was unsuccessful due to... answering machine issues (not accurate). To make a long story short, the application was never processed with blame placed on my mom. I suspect that Dahlia made an error, and unfortunately and unprofessionally, placed the blame on my mom. Nice property but minimal community feel. Stay clear if you are looking for a seamless transition.
