Rodents, Roaches, Bed Bugs, Etc

This place is infested with pests and they have done nothing to solve the problem. It's been going on for over a year. Tenants are moving out left and right. They are slow to respond to maintenance requests and the pest issues and they will make it hard for you to leave. Also, the building is unsecured and it's not uncommon to find homeless people living in the lobby and laundry room. Do not let the cheap rent or the rent special entice you: you will regret it.
