Love it here!
I love living at Freshwater. It’s clean and well kept. Location is convenient. The walls and balcony doors are thick so you don’t hear noise. Sandra in the office is literally the best and Kantrell in Maintenance is quick to respond! Wonderful experience so far.

Nice and modern, convenient to everything
Lived here for my first year in Milwaukee, moved to be closer to work and for a larger space. Nice, well maintained building that has retail shops on ground level. Near to downtown, bayview, interstates. Neighborhood is undergoing a lot of redevelopment - many restaurants, clubs, bars in walking distance.
Pros: clean and well maintained building, very nice and responsive property manager (Sandra), timely maintenance, in unit washer/dryer, fairly quiet considering all the businesses and traffic,... extremely safe (everything is locked), convenient location.
Cons: apartments are smaller and pricey, no real amenities for the building beyond a shared community room/terrace, only one elevator for whole building, can be difficult to find parking at times due to businesses.
