Not what it seem beautiful building but horrible management Don’t rent here trash everywhere Inside and outside the building , if you pay monthly rent for a garage RANDOMS will park in your garage if you tell the Maintenance Man joe He Will act surprise and concern and not do anything, Bad kids everywhere Fighting cursing people driving unnecessarily fast , Management Ogden And Company very bad Management Company , in the winter the heat (heats comes with unit ) shut off on a 15 degree day... weather Is freezing in Wisconsin called Management Company lady said “sorry hope it gets better“ water goes off occasionally come on running brown water for a couple of minutes this place is spacious and nice but the management and loud tenants who fight through the day and night Make the place horrible they rent to anybody , the police stay in and out this building has a lot of domestic violence incidents it’s not worth the headache or loss of sleep IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARTS I WOULD LITERALLY Read More

If I could give zero stars I would. The apartment manager Joe is incapable of assisting tenants with complaints about maintenance. They don’t fix anything unless you go up to there office and put in a request. The office is Ogden & Company, Inc downtown about 15 to 20 minutes from the building. They will screw up your lease and say you owe more money and send you a 5 day notice. It happened to me. Nothing has been fixed since I’ve been here for a year. I have called about 10 times trying to leave a voicemail, I even left contact information. No call back with any information. Communication skills is terrible.
