Excellent place! Super friendly staff, appliances all work, no bug issues, haven't had any power outages, love the garage, love having the oak creek trail literally right outside, excellent sound proofing. And considering the location the traffic isn't too bad during rush hour.

I lived in a studio apartment here from August 2016-July 2017.
Pros:

Great staff overall and super easy communication
I could not hear a peep from other rooms between my walls.
Safe and tenants watch out for each other.
All appliances and amenities worked great. I never had to make a single maintenance call.
Cons:
- The neighborhood is undergoing some changes with a lot of older places closing and newer places in the works.
- Despite never hearing anyone through... walls, you can hear conversations from rooms in the hallway.
Overall:

The apartment is great, and very clean! It is also located in a great area of town! Tons of nightlife and food within walking distance! It is also a short walk to Veterans Park and Bradford Beach! The apartment allows dogs, but even the loudest of dogs can't be heard from within your own apartment walls. I was also given free parking for the first half of my lease!
