Don't do it you'll be sorry
The building has a history of going thru managers quickly. The good ones they let go, the bad ones stay. Cleaning is performed by the manager whenever he feels like it, and the building maintenance (Seigal-Gallegar)company just backs him up. The owner of the building feels he is spending his money to lessen his worries but in the long run it will catch up and all will come tumble down.
