Cozy Nook

I like this hidden cozy gem for a variety of reasons:
•Quiet dead end street.
•My apartment faces trees and I see a beautiful sunrise every morning.
•It's steps away from the Koehen Nature Preserve, trails, and the Milwaukee River.
•There's a composting site and basketball across the street.
•It's also across the street from Gaenslen which does the Milwaukee Recreation classes and there's free swimming there weekly.
•My apartment has new carpet and floors. •Everything is in good shape like… closets, showers, and cabinets.
•There's a locked lobby with a key fab.
•There's cameras on every floor.
•Management is responsive to repairs. They also have someone come and clean common areas every week.
•The building is warm and there's an AC unit in the living room.
•Heat is included.
•Great long closet in the bedroom.

Overall, I enjoy living here. Great location, everything is well cared for.
