Silver Trail Apartments

This complex sucks. My car got broken into twice in one year, every time it rained the apartment would leak and the office staff is being a pain.The air conditioner was also a piece of junk, you could run it all day, long spend $200 on electricity and the apartment would maintain a temperature around 87 degrees.

I've been living here for several years. The manager needs to learn to be a little more understanding of her tenants situation and not be so aggressive. My employer keeps cutting hours ( I have no control over that) I was able to pay part, but that doesn't matter to her. I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm looking for another place

I live at silver trail apartment homes. It use to be a very nice place. When you signed a new lease, you had the option of getting your carpet clean or living room painted. Now the landlord says that's something they do when someone moves out. When there's an issue with your apartment, the landlord is rude and confrontational. She doesn't care about long-term residents. I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm in the process of looking for another apartment
