Area is good, everything else is just ok
You pay for the proximity to nice areas here, and square footage. The actual appartment... Air conditioning seems like it's from the 60's and barely works, can't turn heat off, and it's on even warm days. The foundation is crooked and the floor is sloped.
Upon renting, the bathtub plumbing was broken, incorrect lightbulbs that were cemented into the sockets from corrosion/age, moisture leaking through a couple Windows, no air circulation at all.
This may sound all bad, but we've made an ok... home, I've repaired most of everything here, from door locks/insulation, replaced lights with ceiling fans, and rewired faulty switches....
It's got plenty of space, dedicated parking, just know what you're getting into.

Eastside apartment
Stowell House is pretty nice! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and it's the perfect size for 2 people. Lots of storage in the bathroom, which is great! 2 bedrooms of the same size. Small kitchen, but spacious living area that connects to the kitchen/eating area. Decent closet sizes in bedrooms as well.
