Great Student Apartment

I have lived in this building for the last 2 years and have had a great experience! Cedar Square Management is great, they make sure prices stay affordable for students, and their maintenance team is always on site so they come fix your problem within 5-10 minutes of reporting it! The building is very old and there's no elevator-however the bedrooms and closets are large, rent is very cheap and they have a special deal with TWC, it is very close to Marquette's campus as well as 94 and 43, there… is a parking lot right behind the building, and it stays warm in the winter so you don't have to pay that much for heat. The building is pretty quiet which is great for sleeping and studying. If you're looking for an affordable student apartment, this is the place to live!

The Nella

I have lived here for the last 2 years, and am really impressed with Cedar Square Management. They do a great job of keeping rent prices affordable for students, the maintenance guys live on site and they are there within 5 minutes of you reporting a maintenance issue. While this building is old, it is so affordable, and cost efficient. The bedrooms are very big and have huge closets to make up for the smaller kitchen/dining room.If you are a student looking for your first apartment at… affordable cost, this is the place to look!
